Graduate biography for ceremony program (favorite bible verse, favorite subjects, hobbies, future plans, special awards/recognitions etc.) The text for the biography is limited to 600 characters. If you chose to not submit your bio now, you will need to submit it by March 15, 2009. If we do not receive the bio by then, it will not be included in the program.
Please list your preference of ceremony: Assignment to ceremony will be on a first come, first served basis. All ceremonies will be held at Grace Chapel, 8505 South Valley HWY, Englewood; 303-799-4900. Keep in mind that the graduate and his/her parents will need to be at Grace Chapel two hours before the confirmed ceremony.

Registration fee: $130.00 if submitted before December 31, 2008. $155.00 if submitted after December 31, 2008. Please note there will be no refunds issued. Fee includes ceremony, cap, gown, diploma, and cover. It does not include photography. Photos: You may submit up to three photos of the graduate (baby picture, mid-childhood, and recent photo). The photos will be used for a Power Point presentation during the graduation ceremony. Please email photos to office@chec.org. BE SURE TO INCLUDE THE GRADUATE’S FULL NAME IN THE SUBJECT LINE OF THE EMAIL. WE CANNOT ACCEPT HARD COPIES. Please take care in selecting modest photos. (ie, no cleavage, no bare shoulders). CHEC will have the final decision in determining whether photos are used in the ceremony. In order to be considered for publication, graduate photos must be received no later than March 15, 2009.
Families completing the registration and paying the fee will receive two confirmation emails immediately. If you do not receive a payment confirmation email, the system has not accepted your registration. You will also receive a third email from CHEC confirming which ceremony you are reigstered for. If you do not receive all 3 emails, please call the office to follow-up. An instruction letter concerning ceremony details will be sent from the CHEC office in March.
